Statewide Commercial Building Inspection and Material Testing Firm
Our firm is qualified by the O.S.E. to perform Statewide Commercial Building Inspection and Material Testing for new building projects for the state of South Carolina (State Budget and Control Board).
Laboratory Qualifications
Our corporate laboratory currently participates in the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) accreditation program. In addition, our laboratory participates in a voluntary Quality Control program with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE). USACOE Cert.
Drilling Qualifications
GS2 Engineering & Environmental Consultants, Inc. maintains three (4) four-wheel drive truck mounted drill rigs, personnel with over 60 years of combined drilling experience, and a knowledgeable geological and engineering staff experienced in interpreting soil data. Our drill rigs are capable of drilling to depths of up to 100 feet (depending on the soil conditions) and are outfitted to perform engineering sampling in general accordance with ATSM D-1586.
S.C. Qualified Environmental Studies Firm
Our firm is qualified to perform Environmental Studies for State Land Acquisitions for the state of South Carolina.
